Brown spot?

I recently went to the denist no cavities. Now i have a brown spot on my tooth what could it be?

it has only been like a month or so could a cavity come this fast?

I've had several spots on my teeth and they usually stay that way. Just keep brushing regularly so it doesn't turn into a cavity.

Probably a stain---coffee, tea, colas, red wine, certain fruits---all can cause staining.

not sure but i know alot of people that smoke get them
