sorry for your pain and the rude things people have said I think it would not be the best thing it would burn it is to close to special area in your body try using a cold pack for a very short time and see a doctor

Personally I doubt that would actually relieve the problem of a sore testicle. Most products like bengay are designed to relieve muscle strain and there are no real muscles in the testicles. Besides, the testicles are quite safely stowed away inside a covering inside the scrotum so probably the best you might achieve is to enjoy massaging yourself.
Now for the serious stuff. A sore testicle that persists for more than a day or two could easily be a sign there is a problem there that requires medical attention. So, if that is the case with you, take yourself off to the doctor and get one thorough checkup to see if all is well or if some treatment or other might be required. And in case you feel embarassed having a doctor examining all your parts down there, keep in mind that this exam could detect a problem now that is easily treated thus saving you having surgery down there later. Personally I'd prefer my doctor to check things out regularly than to lie on an operating table while a bunch of people observe my 'privates' being operated on.

DOn;t use bengay on the testicles!!!!! Ouch!!. Are they sore from being hit.o r are they painful. If they are painful go to the ER immediatly. You may have one twisted. If it is not fixed in just a few hrs it will die and you could be sterile. GO!!!
