I don't know if it is available in the middle east, but it is currently available in Europe and Canada.
I learned about this drug at a conference, the information was buried in a two hour talk by the NIH representative. (I am surprised I was actually paying attention rather than snoozing). This appears to be one of the safest drugs to come along in quite a while. She wasn't trying to sell it or advertise it, but was showing boring graphs and charts, and scientifically discussing the clinical trial results. Interesting side effects profile, most of the "side effects" are quite beneficial, such as lowering the bad cholesterol levels, reversing some of the symptoms of insulin resistance.
I have no need for the drug, but was so impressed, I am planning on investing a substantial amount into the company by the end of this year. It is due to be released for use in the USA in 2007.
By the way, what would you be using it for? It has several recommended uses.
