i did not sleep at all today and now it past 3 am and im not tired
does anyone have a suggestion to make me sleepy,i will be busy
tommorow and i cant be tired,THANKS.

Try drinking something warm (not hot) or take a hot shower or bubble bath.. Which every you prefer..

Take a few heavy painkillers or (if you possess such entities) a strong shot of alcohol. It'll put you to sleep under an hour. But i think that you make have a lot on your mind which is preventing you from falling asleep so all you need to do is just relax, clear your mind and close your eyes. If it doesn't work, then try the first two options. Hope you get some rest.

Go to bed. Turn off the TV, turn off the lights, and go to bed. Don't sit here at your computer waiting to "feel sleepy." You might also try telling yourself you're just going to take a little nap. Sometimes that works for me; don't know why. Maybe it allows the mind to believe that we'll be getting back to whatever's bothering us shortly, and that a nap is OK.

Well, if you know youre going to be busy tomorrow thats probably why you cant sleep. You should just lay down, clear your mind. If its not easy for you to clear your mind you should just lay there and daydream---Dont think about tomorrow.
If that doesnt help, Im sorry. I know its always harder to fall asleep when you're not tired, but want to sleep. Hope you find a way. = )

If your heart is good, get a bunch of exercise like running up a stairway a bunch, until you are physically tired, maybe then.., and dont forget to shower to chill out and not be stinky after. Also, read a boring school textbook.

I'm having the exact same problem, but it has been going on for months now. I think I may have a sleep disorder. Go see a doctor.

Hot tea or coco. Also read the most boring book you can find or imagine doing something that really wouldn't want to (like cleaning the bathroom), you'll get very very tired then.

i typically read before i sleep. Maybe what u can do is change yur routine and try to do excessive exercise for one day so that u get really tired and sleep early. and continue doing this so that it becomes normal routine. u need to change the routines.

when you sleep try to count sheeps and it's so boring that youll fall asleep but never take pills or else youll become too dependent on them and will not fill sleepy without them.

Reading a book in bed eventually makes your eyes extremely heavy that you just drift to sleep.
