I don't take coke, my 15 month old nephew sometimes, hits his head on my nose, really hard, could it be an injury from that?

Have you had any head trauma or blows to the spine. Spinal fluid is clear. Better have a doctor check you out.

Blood is clear. It's the reed blood cells that give it colour. Regardless of that you really need to see a Doctor if it is happening as regularly as you say.
