no and yes. cafeeine can ceep you awake. but after 7 days. you want to sleep.
and love don't belief in love.

No there hasn't been a guy wake that long. the record is about a week. Your body will make you sleep after a while whether you like it or not. Why do you think the road toll is so high?

Yes of course, you do need sleep. We need at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day. To recover the energy that we used when we're awake and also to repair damaged cells that our body uses. So sleeping is really important to our body. If you love your body, you need to sleep.

I go without sleep for a couple days at a time thanks to caffeine + adhd medicine...(i'm in school), but I'm pretty sure your body misses sleep when you do that because I always end up sleeping a ridiculous amount once I finally decide to rest.

um. myth. you do need to sleep. the longest time anyone has gone without sleep without permanent damage to themselves is 11 days. i've gone 6 because of a mental disorder. it ******* sucks. sleep. seriously.

haha i tryed a week without sleep and fell apart! i was in a terrible mood constantly, ate frequently, gained tonsa weight, just overall was cranky
