i carry my weight in my hips and thighs, i know that it's normal to be a little bigger in some areas but it still bothers me. what is a good way to loose inches in that area and keep it off?

Hi.

I am asthmatic and occasionally will take Prednisone as a last resort after the Albuterol doesn't work. (My dr is aware of this.) The asthma is considered moderate but persistent. Even though over the past seven months I've only taken it 2-3 times a month and anywhere from 10-60 mg (usually 20-40 mg) depending on the asthma epsiode, I am aware of its side effects. Is there anything natural that relaxes the airways and chest muscles like Prednisone?

Please no horror stories about the drug or asthma.

For the past year, I have had this happen three times. Within the normal 28 days, I will have 2 or 3 full periods. I wll bleed for 5 days stop for a couple and start all over again. I have had 3 miscarriages, one being at 13 weeks. I have never carried a pregnancy to term, all ending by 13 weeks. Since my first pregnancy 7 years ago, my period and the days leading up to it have been very painful. I have severe cramps before and during. The last doctor I saw said I had stopped ovulating, which caused the multiple periods, but that doesn't seem right. Everything I read says that when you stop ovulating, you don't bleed. Can anyone help me?

I have hair on my armpits and private areas.... My breast have started growing a lot.I've grown 1 inch in height in one whole month!!! I've been having stomach cramps (not many) back aches, leg cramps, and neck aches. So much research in being done in an effort to find a cure/vaccine for AIDS in the world. I would love to see one be discovered, of course, so it could help the people who are being hurt by this horrible epidemic. The images of children and people all over the world afflicted are horrible for me to watch as a new mom and for many others around the world.
One thing, though, a recent interview with Magic Johnson said he thinks the new medication being bought to light for HIV and AIDS is like a blessing and a curse. It will make people take less precautions because there is new medication. So, imagine if there is a cure. I found myself thinking he may be right. I hope not. But, will people become more promiscous due to this easy out if a cure is found? Will it be abused? Share your thoughts, please.

p.s, i have never had a cavity in my life, and have a very healthy mouth and teeth, according to my dentist, i will only need to remove my wisdom teeth if i wanted to prevent any pain in the future..................

Why is it when you go to your M.D. you get checked out and given advice and direction with no mention of fees other then a co-pay. When I go to my dentist (4th one in 2 years) I get checked out and IMMEDIATELY here comes the office manager with a run down of the bill! How are you planning on paying? What insurance do you have? Are they taught in school that the bill is the most important issue and the patient isn't? I own my own successful sign business and I can tell you all matters except money are discussed first and money is last. Customer service is always the most important factor: making sure they are comfortable, they feel at ease, and they are happy with what we are doing for them. Then the issue of money is brought up. Why can't dentist get this through their head? 8-9 years of schooling and not one class on bedside manner, no wonder dentists are so hated. And the upselling, my god it's McDonalds with most of them. Want fries with that?

Hi:) How do you feel about herbal remedies for curing disease? And sense Oregano Oil which is a natural antibiotic has been proven to kill bacteria, viruses, and absolutely destroys yeast, why won't the medical industry at least look into it? There are scientists all over the world who have proven that oregano oil KILLS GERMS! One doctor in Turkey said it cured one of his patients of Cancer! This is a medical breakthrough that was broken thousands of years ago! The Greeks and Egyptians used it to cure disease. The Oil was even used to sterilize instruments before surgery! Fact is: Oregan Oil works! And I dunno why the FDA or the medical industry won't at least experiement and see for themselves. Antibiotics such as penicillin only work for a short time. Bacteria can mutate against antibiotics and make themselves more resistant to it. But it has been said that Oregano Oil kills even the most resistant bacteria! If this is greed, then I'm ashamed of my country.
