I haven't smoked for 6 days, but my husband is still. How am I going to keep this going with him still in the habit?

I know exactly waht you mean.
My wife went away for a month, and I gave up the dat she left. I started again the day she came back.
Perhaos you could oursuade him to smoke only in anotherroom, and to hide his cigarette so that you can't find them.

Stick to it though. You are doing great.

Don't let him smoke in front of you. Make him go outside, and in restaurants sit in the non-smoking section. Avoid certain triggers, like going out to a bar or having a drink, anything that makes you feel like you want to smoke. Don't give up, hopefully your husband will decide to quit too.

well you got over the three day hump which is great, but your husbands second hand smoke will just be as harmful as smoking yourself. You need to make a pact that you both will quit. If u have any children, this is very important. good luck

FIRST LET ME TELL YOU CONGRATULATIONS. SECOND I QUIT 3 YEARS AND 8 MONTHS AGO COLD TURKEY OF COURSE. MY HUSBAND STILL SMOKES HOWEVER, HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THE HOUSE. MAYBE YOU SHOULD ASK HIM TO SMOKE OUTSIDE OF THE HOME. GOOD LUCK YOU CAN DO IT
