Have you ever had a problem getting "pump" supplies from Medtronic?

I'm getting ready to go back on syringe insulin or the nasil stuff. because I'm out of supplies and they won't even answer my phoine calls.

Are you using the 800-843-6687 number? That's what I have for supply ordering. However, I typically do all my reordering and communications on their website. The only time I really ever call them is if there is a serious technical issue with the pump which require immediate attention.
