Fruits and vegetable are awesome along with health fats like nuts and olive oil and lean meats. Your young to be worrying to about all this, but if you can stay away from the colas and sweets and instead learn to eat veggies for snacks, you will be on the right track. As well, go out and have fun playing and exercising.

OMG that happened to me!
I was really quite bulky when i was around 11 - 12 and then as soon as i reached puberty, i lost it all
I think its got something to do with that because i used to eat the same and excercise the same (not much there!)
and now im 17 years old, and im healthy, not fat, not stick thin, i have a nice body now and im sure yours willl be like that too
dont worry, i reckon its natural coz ive even been to the docs and they told me that im in a very good shape and my height and weights correspond nicely
if you wana get toned up nicely, just do normal gentle excercises, like walk a lot more etc etc - also eat healthy - take care of yourself coz ive seen lots of fat slobs around lately LOL!

Its probably puberty that made you lose the weight. I was a bit chunky myself before puberty. Just eat healthy, lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, low fat dairy and lean cuts of meat esp. turkey and chicken. Also drink lots of water and try not to eat alot of fried or sugary stuff. Not to much soda either. Try working out a little bit too.

Protein, will keep your muscle and somewhat of the tone, Veggies are healthy and they give you all the carbs you need. I feel that running/jogging has always been best for a daily work out.

i had some trouble reading that, were you thinking you were sending a text message and had to condense everything to fit it all in? anyway, it sounds like natural weight change, as it happened a couple of years ago now and you have kept it off i would say you are probably at your natural weight now, so chill out and enjoy your youth!
