i carry my weight in my hips and thighs, i know that it's normal to be a little bigger in some areas but it still bothers me. what is a good way to loose inches in that area and keep it off?

well excercise alot and eat plenty of fruits and the healthiest excersise is dancing so dance alot and maybe go to a dance class. drink alot of milk and eat vegetables and u will see results!!!! or drink a diet pill but u dont wan be anerxic. god bless u!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Try walking for 40 mins 3-5 days a week. After each walk do 10 sets of 3 doing squats and lunges.
