I am on a long waiting list for MRI. My VA medical Doc prescribed Gabapentin for nerve pain, I am not feeling any relief taking this med. Plus it does cause me to sleep some, which causes the pain to go past a level 10 upon awaking, due to my back being locked up. Its better to move around than sleep. By the way the pain is lower back, shoots down both legs.
I am also on a long waiting list for water therapy.

my uncle is suffering from RA the doc has confirmed.
the doc advises to take a steroid tablet
is it better? but it has a lot of side effects.

argh, i havent got smelly feet all the time, just when i wear my enclosed black leather shoes...those little soclets and stuff dont work, they are worse...so does anyone have a good cure for smelly feet?...what products work?...anything around the home especially?!?!?

I just woke up from a bad dream (I think) and my heart was pounding so hard that I had to walk in the house until I finally calmed down. Was this a panic attack or something like supra-ventricular tachycardia? I didn't feel shortness of breath or pain, but just the racing heart. I had an episode of Afib at the beginning on the year, but when I had the arrhythmia today, the heartbeat wasn't irregular. It lasted about 1-2 minutes…which was enough.

I have had diorrhea for the past year and half about 2-3 times a week. I had a colonoscopy done and its came back clear. I also had some blood test done which also came back clear. I am 25, male, i smoke and i drink maybe once a week. Anyone experiencing the same issue or have any idea as to what may be causing it let me know because its starting to become a bit of a problem. yeah thats right i was sleeping soundly and apparently had to pee pretty bad, i had a dream in which i found a place to go and ...well, i woke up and realized i was peeing ,i have never wet the bed before and i feel discusting. has anyone else ever wet the bed as an adult? is this a sign of some kind of emotional or physical problem?
