It is ok. Let it disappear naturally. Eat natural food with less fat and oil. Good luck!

The best chemical for acne other than the face is Salicylic Acid. It is absorbed by the affected area, and actually kills germs and oil and dirt build up. And even though this is an acid, ITS SO gentle and doesnt cause the scaring and the nasty scabs. It sorts of just makes the infection (whats going on inside the pimple) vanish and deflate. You can get some at walgreens, CVS, or any pharmacy, no perscription required. For discoloration, I suggest using Ambi right after the cleaning, and using cocoa butter and moisterizing products. FYI, oils are not moisturizing. Moisture is derived from water, so things like shea butter cocoa butter, mango butter, is great although its not a water based product, it is actually a moisturizer. Dont pick or mess with infected skin, its already out of its norm, and any more irritation leaves the scars.

There are many products you can use. Try something like Alpha Hydrox or an equivalent. It has natural fruit acids that help with discolorations and scarring. There are also some Vit C products that work as well.

vitamine E if you can find it in liquid form or just puncture the capsules and apply the oil directly to skin. try to rub it in and remember a little goes a long way. Apply before bed, and use it continuoulsly to speed the healing of any scar.
