You could try sprinkling inside with bicarb and leaving for a while before shaking out.
Bicarb is a natural odour neutralizer.

I have had the problem all my life. The only thing that has worked for me is to soak them in hot water with about 1/2 cup of bleach and some dish washing detergent. I do it about once a year and I'm 67 years old and it still works . NO MORE SMELLY FEET

I was in the Army, one thing they did teach us was to take care of the feet....Sometimes it just may be the shoes...Some shoes do not breath thus all the sweat perspiration builds up in the shoes. I try to use an insert, and have several pairs of shoes rotating them allows them time to air out.
If a shoe smells bad, and wont air out toss it.

Let the shoes dry out completely between wears, spray them with a shoe anti smell treatment. Keep your feet clean, use a foot antiperspirant and rub them once a week with rubbing alcohol.
It works for me :D

If these are the only shoes that do it, it could be the way the leather was dyed. I had a pair of shoes like that once, and I finally threw them away.

Anti antiperspirant foot spray, you can find it any pharmacy. Also wash your feet with anti bacterial soap and make sure you dry your feet well after showering and after washing them. Before you go to sleep, you can use odor eaters foot powder. You can even put inside the shows, but since your shows are black, I would not recommend it.
