Which kind of doctor specialist i will bring her? What are the possible kinds of cyst she may have?

i am assuming that at 1 1/2 yrs old you bring your daughter to the pediatrician regularly for check ups-
he must have noticed it or if it is new(you didn't say how long she has had it)
and you must have told him about it
could be nothing more serious than a sebaceous cyst but it needs to be checked out to make sure

Why would you ask this? what's the reason behind it? Yes, it is possible, an average human has about twelve cysts somewhere on their bodies, some, however small and some we have all our lives without notice. Are these, if you know, outside and how would you know if they were internal? I'm assuming there on the outside.
There are several types of cysts, skin tissue, waterborne, hair and bone. A doctor can usually take these off in his office without any problems. Don't worry.

yes, cysts can pretty build ip anywhere, as my mom has cysts in her tummy and it's a painstaking process.. Good luck my friend
