Okay I have your problem, and here is some serious answers that I have researched/been told. First of all, still eat healthy, dont stuff yourself silly, and do excercise.

Eat higher calorie fruits and veggies (bananas, carrots, apples basically any fruit and veggie that is not watery. Dried fruit and 100 percent fruit juices are best!

protein! Eat lean meat, eat peanutbutter, ask your doctor about taking some protein powder, my doc prescribed me some to take, and it actually doesn't taste to bad.

Eat healthy high calorie foods like nuts, legumes, wheat crackers.

Never be plain. Top your toast with maregines made with healthy fats, peanut butter, jelly. add cheese to your scrambled eggs. This will add calories without filling you up. Cook with healthy olive oil and sprinkle it on your saled, add eggs, crackers and other filling stuff to your salads. fill omelets with cheese and veggies. Order creamy soups.

DAIRY DAIRY and more DAIRY
Swich to whole grains, there healthier and more calorie dense. Eat complex carbohydrates, not loads of sugar.

Eat 3 meals and at least 3 snacks.

here are some healthy high calorie snack ideas.

1. plain full fat yogurt and frozen berries blended together and some peanuts mixed, makes a great dip.

2. Cheesy garlic bread made with whole wheat bread.

3.peanut butter on toast with bananas washed down with full fat milk.

4.whole wheat blueberry muffins, or pancakes

5. Pasta!

6. homemade pizza.


Now, If you wanna gain weight but still be healthy do weight training and resistance excercises. Do crunches, and buy hand and ankle weights, and use them. And jump rope too, or swim.remember muscle ways more than fat!

Gaining fat is very easy until and unless you have some hormones problem. Try to eat more number of times. For example. At 8 breakfast, 12 lunch, 4 tea + snacks + 8 dinner. On weekends etc eat some junk food like Pizza, Burger. Try to add butter in everything. Egg Fried rice will add more fat. All the best. Pushker

My brother was pretty skinny and he really bulked up with one of GNC's calorie drinks. One shake contains more than 1000 calories, so make sure that you work out and lift weights so that the weight you gain is evenly distributed. Good luck!

Eat foods with higher sugar and fat content

Exercise less

Watch more TV, sit at the computer, and/or play video games.

..and enjoy being skinny for one last minute for the rest of us who desire to be in your position (trying to GAIN weight)!!

as long as you eat healthy your weight will be healthy as a boost though there are energy drinks that you can buy which are nutritional so your not filling your body with crap.

also weights at the gym might give you some definition and build up ur muscle size

breakfast: PB on whole wheat toast(Ezekiel or Alfaro) flax seed oil (softgells or liquid) green tea
Lunch: apple, Super Nutrition Perfect Blend2-4 tabs, Homemade soup, one can of tuna fish
dinner : baked or pan heated chicken, potatoe baked, salad, dressing apple cider vinegar olive oil squeezed lemon
one or more of the following: green beans, corn, squash, brown rice, steamed veggies such as garlic, onion, carrot, beet, kael, collard, yam, etc...

snack time is brewers yeast on popcorn with drizzle of safflower oil

enjoy !

1-3 glasses Red wine or Micro brews will stress the liver making it stronger in the processing of foods as well as pulling out petrol chemicals


keep it clean and simple you will gain weight

My! eat a lot of corn and rice! double the amount of food you intake.
