Tattooing has been banned in some states for health and safety reasons. Unsterile tattooing equipment can transmit infections, including hepatitis B, hepatitis C and even HIV. The risk is so significant that the American Association of Blood Banks requires a one-year wait between getting a tattoo and donating blood. I don't know what state you live in, perhaps you should first see if it's illegal... and then consider the location.. Vagina? I can understand if you said labia, but the vagina is internal.

If it's only some thing he might such as you to do then quality, he can desire that, doesn't suggest you are gonna do it, but when he's disturbing you to do it you've proper to be disenchanted. You are proper to consider it's going to pass somewhere else and so it might be unwise to get his initials in your privates (I'm the sort of child ;) :D). Would he get yours on his pen!s? Do you not have anywhere else you want a tattoo? This is a little crazy..plus it is going to cost you a fortune no one wants to tattoo that...
Plus..your tattoo will fade in a few months and will look like garbage.
