Go to a pharmacy near you. There are lots of thing available over the counter.
Read the labels, ask the pharmacist on duty and try them one at a time.
Most of the other "A" are good and worth trying also.
A tube of petroleum jelly can be a big help and it is the cheapest solution.
It may be a good thing to see a doctor, to rule out some other problems.

always keep your skin moisturized with a lotion containing cocoa butter or almond extracts. Use sunscreen with atleast SPF 20 before you go out in the sun, or even on cloudy days. maybe once a week, pop a vitamin E pill.

Try and get use to it. Old people also look great with all that wrinkly skin.

Wash with mild soap and warm water to open the pores and remove dirt, then apply toning solution and then apply ice compress to close the pores. Then apply moisturiser.
