You should definitely tell one of your parents so they can help you with the situation. It's something that you should see a doctor about and find out if there is a serious problem that is causing it. It isn't all that uncommon for a teen to wet the bed but its kind of odd for it to happen suddenly again after a period of being dry at night. You should also change the sheets cause its unsanitary to stay in wet sheets, not to mention that if you dont wash them or the bed, then there will a very clear and distinct odor that will be easily smelt from anyone that comes into your room so you wouldn't exactly be hiding it. You could always go get some protection, such as adult diapers or goodnites pull-ups that can help with the accidents but even that wont make them go away if there is a problem.

I have also done this as an adult more than once... I don't think it happens to everyone, but it's probably a lot more common than you'd think. It happens when your body feels the need to urinate during sleep, and somehow the signals get crossed between your bladder and your brain and instead of waking up, you have a dream about being in the bathroom and your brain is fooled into giving your bladder "permission" to let go, even though you're still asleep in bed. If it only happens once, or very rarely, I wouldn't worry too much about it -- there's probably nothing wrong with you. As others have said, stress and/or being over-tired can make this more likely to happen, as can having a smaller than average bladder.
If it happens more than once in the next week or so, though, then I'd see a doctor to make sure you don't have a urinary tract infection or early-onset diabetes or some other serious problem. Good luck!

Yes, it happened to me once years ago, but luckily I woke up in time and only my pajamas got wet. I was dreaming I was on the toilet.
I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes a regular thing.

Do not worry unduly - unless it happens frequently. I suspect you needed to "P" badly - woke up - then went to sleep again - dreaming about it. That is how it happens. One sure cure is this. When you wake up wanting to "P" - GO IMMEDIATELY. Do not wait. Do not go to sleep agin. Practice this, you will then have no worries.
TRUST ME - I am not a Dr. BUT, was a fwllow sufferer !!
Cured now though. Try not to resort to pills and potions.
Just, GO when you need to GO.
All the very best to you. HAPPY P's............................

I don't think it's anything you have to worry about if it only happened once. However, if you have other symptoms like frequent urination or sudden urges to urinate it could possibly be a UTI for which you would just need some simple meds from your doc.
