i was on the mini pill but have now stopped taking it. the blood is pure red not like a normal period

Why did you wait so long. You need to see your doctor. You sound like you need to be regulated with your flow. You could become very sick with the loss of blood, it's not good. If you don't have a doctor, I'm assuming you have since your on the pill, go to the nearest Er and tell them your problem.

First of all, I really hope that you are ok. I went through something similar and was told that it could have been a miscarriage and my periods for the next few months were quite irregular. I was told that also, as it was so early, they werent able to tell for definite but also that it could be stress related.

I think you should edefinitely go and see your doctor. You could possibly have had an early miscarrage - although it's more likely to be a hormonal problem. Don't take chances though.

hospital, GP now. coudl be a miscarriage... or worse get down there and get it sorted now!
it isnt normal and better to check and be told its nothing. and aside from anything its not normal to lose blood and not get sick you could become anaemic get down there today. go to minor injuries or something they have to see you if you are worried, well in the UK they do.

it could be that you have had a miscarriage, but then again it could be that stopping the pill has messed up your hormones. I would see your GP asap.

from experience you could have been very early pregnant -do see g.p.
