If so what would be the best way to get rid of thin wrists with punches or just anyway to get them bigger,or does the muscle in your forearm go down to your wrists and then make them bigger

On August 31 I had Protected sex like 3 weeks after or two weeks after i started to have this umcomfortness in my penis and it had a mild burning but not when i used the bathroom. And like this month i have these symtoms. Sore Throat, And Its Sore Under My Arm, Under My Jaw And at the one side of my neck. And My pelvic was sore but that went away and my throat isnt sore anymore and under my jaw isnt sore anymore but the side of my neck is and i also have alitlle cold in my chest i feel ok though and the uncomfortness in my penis is gone. I went to the doctor and got a urine test done everything came back normal. and now im starting to think that its h.i.v since i didnt have anything else im getting a h.i.v test this saturday should i be worried. and should i also get a swab test when they stick something down my penis hole to test for std's cause the urine test doesnt seem effective. Or could this just be a common cold because that's been going around lately. i need some good answers.

i have to admit, i never used to look after my teeth and always refused to go to the dentist! i regret it now coz my teeth are now fucked! i am in a waitin list now for a hospital to have my bad teeth removed and replaced with dentures, dont laugh! i have to go to the hospital to have it done so i can be put asleep through it coz i cant sit in a chair at the dentist and go through all that pain! but before i got on the waitin list, i got rushed into hospital because an absis grew in my face caused by a toothache, my face blew up like a balloon! i couldn't eat properly for weeks! im scared its gonna happen again before i go back to the hospital! is tere anyone with a similar problem? who else is scared to see the dentist??

i've learned that the best way for me to relax and leave my worries behind is to take a hot shower (I love this so much), pull the curtains down and just lie down in my bed, trying not to think about anything. but what bothers me is that while I do this, I become sad/depressed even though i'm just trying to get some peace of mind, rest and sleep.

why is this happening
