Basketball will work your whole body, especially your calves. I know from experience b/c i play basketball. it is a very intensive game sort of like football but not as much conntact.

It does workout your whole body in particular your lower body with all the sprints and jumping, it's a great cardio exercise as the intensity is always changing, especially if you run full court.

all of it.. you are running so its cardio you have to use strength so theres the muscles working and you have to strech b4 and after.
