If anyone wants to know...
1) I broke my shin bone, and my ankle(I was doing this thing where you do a flip off of the high bar in uneven bars, and you do a flip and you also spin. I landed really weirdly and i broke those bones. People were also giving me a bad time about it 'cause im a really good gymnast. They were saying things like"Looks like the birdie cant fly anymore" and all this other mean stuff.
2)My boyfriend broke up with me, hise name was danny. He is a alto player in our schools band. I really want to date this guy name forest he is a tenor player
3) i got a bad grade on my math test
4) I cant reach my locker(im really short)

I love my husband but he has bad breath most of the time. I notice when he brushes he bleeds which indicates gingivites. I have told him he should go to the dentist and check it out but he is scared of them and I even offered to go with him. It's to the point I don't like to kiss him because of his foul breath. What more can I suggest?

And this is what I plan on doing to lose it -
- walk for 45 minutes 6 times a week (brisk walking)
-do abdominal exercises every other day
- Cut down on my daily food intake, and cut out all junk food. I'll be eating 5 small meals a day, and drink 6 glasses of water a day.
- I will probably do around 15 minutes of jump roping or running around the backyard when I get up in the morning as well, to speed up my metabolism before I eat.
So, How long would it take until I saw results? And how long until I had a flat stomach?

I get really bad ovulation pain once in a while. And i know exactly when my ovary is dropping into position. The pain is so terrible that it is hard to walk for about an hour or so. My sister also has this and we joke about it saying we are doing the ovulation walk. But the pain gets even more intense as it goes to your "bottom"(trying to be discreet hope u kno what i mean). I have told my gyn so many times and he never seems to have an answer for me as to what it is...just wondering how common this might be. ty for any info.

For the past few weeks, I have had headaches that started off not painful but now are starting to be a little painful. Also, I have always seen floaters in my eyes because I rub them too much. However, I have had a sudden onset of a lot more of them than I usually have, now I cannot even move my eyes across a piece of paper without seeing at least 2 floaters. Also, I have heard a ringing in my ears very often, and sometimes one ear will just feel numb while the other feels like it is ringing. I have also been feeling nauseous after eating, but usually just after eating, not anytime else. I also keep feeling a tingling in my right leg, almost like a shiver. Could these be signs of a brain tumor?

I work out 3-4 times a week/an hour or two each time. I don't want to bulk up but I am lean and want to stay this way. I know that protein is important in muscle repair and that I why I am curious as to how much is adequate for the amount of exercise I do. I am 5'5, 120lbs. A friend of mine has psoriasis over 70% of his body. He rarely bathes (once every six weeks or so) and never showers, although he does wash his face and armpits every now and then. Needless to say, he smells weird - but I wonder just how much of a detrimental effect he's having on the psoriasis by not keeping his skin clean??
