Steroids are foolish and dangerous, don't take them for any reason. Ask a body builder how he strengthens his wrists, or ask a personal trainer.

I play classical music on the piano and you need really strong wrists to play the big chords...

Wad up newspaper with one hand. That takes alot of hand and wrist and forearm strength.
