It feels like there's something caught back there and when I look, way back behind the folds of my throat, there are these things that look like little yellow chunks and they stink! What are they and how do I get rid of them?

THOSE ARE SECRETIONS FROM YOUR TONSILS. THEY ARE MOOSTLY MADE UP OF BACTERIA AND THE SAFEST WAY TO CLEAN THEM UP IS WITH AWATER IRRIGATORLIKE A WATERPIK. THEY ARE KNOWN AS SIALOLITHS. THEY ARE ACTUALLY NATURE'S WAY TO KEEP YOU FROM GETTING INFECTED TPNSILS.

Last time I had Strep throat I had those, they didnt smell, but I had those on the back of my throat, so you may want to go see your doctor about that
