If so what would be the best way to get rid of thin wrists with punches or just anyway to get them bigger,or does the muscle in your forearm go down to your wrists and then make them bigger

Yes, of course your wrists have muscle, or you would not be able to flex them. HTH : )

The muscles in your forearms attach to tendons. The tendons run through your wrist to get to the fingers.

You are pretty much stuck with the size of your wrist.

No. Your wrists size is your wrists size.

The best thing you can do is hand grips. It will make the hands stronger and forearms a bit bigger. The added bulk may make the wrists appear bigger.

yes,this is true.Your wrist is made up of bones,cartliage,and tendons.
