I need glasses for seeing far, and my grade is only 150. Should I wear glasses all the time, even if most of the time I don't need them? I can still see well with near objects, and slightly far ones.

You should wear them all the time. Switching too much damages your eyesight even more.

reading glasses is for only when for reading but if you cant see at all like your far sided like me then you wear your glasses all the time except when you go to sleep

You should wear them all the time, if you don´t you will gradually begin to need more graduation. One eye will always work harder to compensate for the other thus generating continuous fatigue. And ad that you will look more cute :)

Maybe. Check with your optometrist. I wear contacts or glasses, and I found that if I took my glasses on and off I got terrible headaches.

I don't, actually I need bifocals because it's a pain in the neck flipping the glasses up and down.

I would do what your doctor tells you to.
I have about the same situation, I just like wearing glasses.
I have 6 pair ~ ~ kinda like jewelry.
