If i am stuck at home all day with my one yr old and it too cold to go outside.... what can i do to lose weight inside??? I am still a little overweight from my preg. Its hard to find anything stenuous to do inside..

hit the classifieds and by a total gym
use it 30 mins everyday

Boy have I been there!
I did Sweatin to the Oldies. I only liked #1.
Once you learn the routine it's fun, just like dancing.
I also rode a stationary bike. I did 10 miles a day during my soap.
I lost 26 lbs.

#1 Rule: Do Not Wear Sweatpants Every Day!
Put jeans on a couple days a week.

you might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well. Hope your baby is well, and you're able to keep plenty warm this winter!

I do these great exercises WITH my baby ( 1 and a half ) in the house, and they worked great to get into shape while he was little, and we just still do it as a habit.

I think that's what you should do, incorporate some exersise with the baby. For legs, I sit on the washing machine, or coffee table and sit him on my feet and raise my legs in the air.. it tones the calves and thighs.. for the stomach, I lay on the floor, put him on my legs so he's looking at me ( laying down or sitting up , I put my legs in the air and I do crunches and everytime I go up, I give him a kiss.

Try looking up some exercises that you can do that incorporate some time with your baby. I wanted to get back into shape, but he was too little to go outside with all the time, so I looked for something I could do with him.

There are plenty of workout tapes you can buy. You should buy one and do some light arobics at home. The people on the tape will walk you through what exercises to do.

jog inside or get an equipment to exercise inside
and don't forget to stick with & eat healthy
maybe even get a babysitter, and go to the gym with a few friends

You could always search the net for exercises you can do with your baby...kinda like using your baby as a free weight....

There are some good cds out there or get a stationary bike or treadmill....dancing is also good
