Massaging the webbed part of the hand between the thumb and forefinger is very effective at relieving stress in the head and neck. Lightly massaging the temples or scratching the crown of the head can aid in relieving sinus pressure. Both of these together are excellent ways of reducing headache without medicine.

Apply pressure in the part of the hand between the thumb and index finger, with both fingers of your other hand. You'll notice some sort of contracted muscle there, apply pressure trying to make it disappear. It'll hurt, but if you get rid of that hardened muscle you'll get rid of your headache.

dehydration is the number one cause of headaches. Drink 6-10 glasses of water per day.
That cured my migranes!
Also, lavender essential oil and peppermint essential oil combined in a carrier and rubbed on temples, under nose, and on neck and wrists... helps my headaches a lot if I ever do get them.
