I know I have clinical depression. I can get up and go to work and function, but I feel horrible all the time, and I cant enjoy the things I used to enjoy. What would be a good suggestion?

When dining, is it better to drink hot water or cold water? Personally, I don't think it really matters because water is water.
Healthwise, though, is hot water ideal when eating?
Thanks!

I have a very demanding, busy job, and lately it seems as if my head is in the clouds and I just want to lay down and nap. Periodically I "snap out of it" and feel alert and clear-headed, but this is becoming the exception rather than the rule. I feel like I have to fight to wade through the cognitive haze in order to get anything done. I've asked my GP about it, and there are no obvious medical reasons for my exhaustion. I get 7-9 hrs sleep every night, drink 1-2 red bulls a day (to no avail), I do not suffer from depression, walk at least 2 miles a day, and I eat a healthy diet and take multivitamin supplements. Sometimes it occurs to me that everyone feels this "cloudy" but I do not recall it being so frequent in the past. Any advice, secret anti-fatigue recipes, observations would be much appreciated!

I have had similar sexual thoughts since i was a teenager and I believe i am breaking my urge and habit of masterbating whenever i am alone and when my thoughts are on these images; i believe i am really over obssessed perverted with these images and thoughts. I do not want to masterbate as i believe it is an insult to my girlfriend. These images are almost always in my mind.

How can I train myself not to think of them?

If you dribble into your hand, it's like water, however, if you spit on your hand, it's more dense, and doesn't "trickle" as easy. Why?

I went to hospital 3 times 3 years ago. I accused her of having an afair and last year I caught her emailing this black guy named John. I admit our sex life was not the best. I forgave her then I caught him saying to her to meet hm at his place... I forgave her again but I took away her e-bay account and check book. Then I followed her and she was coming out of some apartments. She said she was on the way to the store. Then she said she should move out to her Moms. I agreed. Now I want her to come back with my son and she won't. I know I should hang it up but I will try anything to get my son back in my life. She lives 1200 miles away and it is too far to go.

They aren't pimples. They can be itchy and painful. They spread easily but are only on my behind! Does anyone else get them and what works to get rid of them? Should I see a Dr. and take antiobiotics or something?

in other words can a woman still have an orgazime and still become wet when a penis penatrates her vagina? Or is it true?.. Of what I have always heard, and that is if ( woman has had hysterectomy she must always use K-Y Jell). Because she cannot get wet on her own anymore.

Sorry ladies, I just didn't know how to phrase it. maybe someone can understand what I am asking.

Thanks much to the demon chair (see previous questions), I have a small but deep cut on my hand. I have an antibiotic band-aid on it, and now it stings when it's taken off. Should I leave the band-aid on or take it off? What else do I do?

I have heard that during a woman's cycle they have a day or two when they feel really horny. But when exactly IS it? Is it just BEFORE the period starts or just AFTER? And by how many days? And when are the 'bad mood' days that we always hear about?
Please, let all us men know. It would improve the understanding between couples in a lot of relationships, I'm sure!!

I am self employed, and one of my jobs is working 3 hours a week ( 9.30-11am Mondays and 9.30-11am Wednesdays) for council Adult Education Service. I have been ill the past two weeks and they are requesting a sick note. I understand that this is necessary after 7 days continuous abscence, but does this still apply when I don't work for them in that way? i.e not everyday. I've been/am genuinley sick, so will get a note if I have too, but I resent taking up the Drs valuable time, when the only thing for my illness is painkillers and rest (have flu)
