I've been taking phentermine on and off for about 3 months now, I started to see results after about 2 weeks, the first week I lost about 2 lbs and was done another 3 lbs by the second week, I made sure to drink alot of water throughout the day, and stayed away from sodas. I average about 10-12 lbs per month, but I have to stop taking it after 12 weeks because your body tends to build up a tolerance to it. I'll stay off of it for about a month then go back on it again. My friend is taking Phentermine and Triamterene/HCTZ (a water pill) and she lost 4 or 5 lbs. the 1st week, she's lost 28 lbs. in less than 3 months. She'd doint a doctor supervised diet.
Several other people I know are doing the same diet and all have lost weight in the 1st week from 2 lbs. to 6 lbs.
I tried the stuff and got REALLY SICK in 2 days! I was throwing up, I had the runs, I had muscle spasms (Charley horses) from Hell! So I went to my regular doctor and he said the other doctor was nuts prescribing this stuff for me and ordered me to quit taking it.
So be careful, very, very careful!

i take phentermine.my Doctor recommended it to me. and i started at 242lbs and every week i loose between 4-7 lbs.the most I've lost is 10-14lbs in a week. now i weight 191lbs.at fist i would get frustrated because i wasn't seeing results but after 1 month i saw my friend that i hadn't seen for about 6 month and she said wow your loosing weight you look grate.my first month i lost 23lbs.but you have to work out 3-5 time a week to see result even faster.
