They aren't pimples. They can be itchy and painful. They spread easily but are only on my behind! Does anyone else get them and what works to get rid of them? Should I see a Dr. and take antiobiotics or something?

No, you do not explain hemorrhoids, which are not on your "behind" but on your rectum.

It could be boils, which definitely should be seen by a doctor. If it is more like a rash, however, it may be a bacterial related heat rash. People who spend a lot of time sitting can get a very tender heat rash on their bums. This is why you often see taxi drivers with those wooden bead things on their seats -- more air circulation helps.

Try washing daily with an antibacterial soap, wearing looser trousers or underwear, and if you sit a lot for your job, try to get up and move around more often. If it doesn't improve, then go see a doctor for stronger measures.

You just explained Hemorroids! Thats exactly what hemorroids are and they can get very uncomfortable!! If you go to a drug store you can get hemorroid cream to help ease the pain but I would go see a doctor about them to make sure they arent getting any worse!! Good luck!!
