When dining, is it better to drink hot water or cold water? Personally, I don't think it really matters because water is water.
Healthwise, though, is hot water ideal when eating?
Thanks!

I have heard that warm water is best for us, because of the digestion. Cold water is too shocking for our bodies and hot water is too. Go figure.

I have heard that lukewarm water is best to drink in general because cold water your body has to bring it to temperature before it can be used.

I heard tea is best, because if you put cold water after fat, it hardens the fat, whereas tea or hot water keeps it liquid, I guess for better digestion.

Actually you really shouldn't drink anything while you are eating. It dilutes the acid in your stomach which digests your food properly. If you drink during a meal, you can have stomach pains.

It depends on your preference. I usually see cold water, but whatever suits you best!
