I have a bone spur on my knee and have never heard of calcium being a cure for it. Did you hear that from anyplace authoritative? Usually people use calcium to make sure that their bones are growing not to shrink a part of them. That is just one of those phony cures they are pitching in health foods stores to steal from gullible people.

you need to balance your calcium with vitamin D and magnesium or yu will not absord the calcium. without the balance the calcium could make it worse and cause other calcium deposits elsewhere.
