Yes, you can take too many at one time. I don't know which ones though. A good choice is prenatal vitamins, whether preggo or not, they are fantastic♥

yes it's possible to take too many, and yes certain combinations are better than other.. for example, vitamin C helps the body absorb iron... your best bet is to talk to a nutritionist or a knowledgeable homeopath because you don't want to overdose on some vitamins and minerals.

Do you know that alot of the Vitamins are anti-oxidant?Because they are anti-oxidant,they're oxidized easily. So i think it's quite pointless take supp pills. In fact i have heard that there's this company did a research on vitamins. The results shows that most ppl whom took supp pills have shorter life than those who didn't. Best take fruits. Have u heard ppl die coz eat too much fruits? Ha ha...anyways it's just my lame answer.Hope you like it

Yes it is. Non fat soluable vitamins (eg iron) are stored in the body and can build up to toxic levels causing anything from headaches to death. Only take one multi vitamin according to the dirrections. If you wish to take individual supplements make sure they are the fat soluable variety.

Yes, it is possible to take too many vitamins because your body only needs so much.

Talk to your doctor about combining vitamins. You can take too many, and you can make yourself ill.

You can overdose on many different vitamins, and in some cases it's serious (as in kidney failure, etc.). I'd check with WebMd or something if you don't have medical advice.

use a complete vit and min, dont mix them unless they have different vits as if you have too many fat soluble vits you can cause liver damage from ODing.
