At work forgot the Midol at home, and it seems no woemn have any painkillers. Drinking tea, but hurts alot. Any suggestions?

and FYI i'm a receptionist so i can't get up and walk around!

If you know your body really well and you can tell when you are a couple of days from having your period take two BAYER ASPIRINS until your period starts.What will happen is the aspirins will brake the blood clots down causing them the blood to flo instead of building up into a blood clot. The set back is you might have a heavy period. But you will not have any cramps. I use to have bad cramps and its been about 10 years or more since I had any cramps!

I would try lots of water. This always helped me. During your lunch break see if you can run to the store right quick and get some. I get horrible cramps in my back when I have my period. It sucks I know.

Avoid caffeine and drink LOTS AND LOTS of water. Ask around to see if anyone has any ibuprofin or ANYTHING... Even headache medicine could dull the pain. Good luck!

i used to have cramps so bad i cant even get out of bed. went to quite a number of doctors, not it's almost fully cured. jus take really strong multi vitamin pills. don take painkillers, it doesn help e problem.

camomile with red raspberry tea
olive leaf extract
brazil nuts and or magnesium tablets
red chilli or cayenne pepper capsules with green tea

avoid yeast bread, marg, butter, oils, fried foods, pasta, cheese and especially animals (parasites) and chemical products ie dish detergent, shampoo, hair color, make up, cleaners and air fresheners etc
