me and my fiance are are in an weird arguement. He's trying to convince me that is you eat too much cheese you will have nightmares. any truth to it???

I'm obese and I know its extreamly unhealthy. I need information (such as websites) to really scare me healthy!
Anyone know of any websites that show exactly whats going on in my body? I just need a jolt of reality!

Bathroom sinks should have automatic taps like in restaurants, where the water automatically comes out when you place your hands below the taps. But in most homes we have a tap you touch then you wash then you touch again! Am I being wierd or do I have a fair point here? lol

Serious question. Can this be done? It's sooooo simple and cheap for pets. Is it done for kids?

Normally the idea would be rather offensive to me, but in this case, the case of a child who has once been abducted and hidden (for a YEAR) by her father, and whose father is highly likely to do it again (courts have not limited his visitation and mom hasn't the money for fighting anymore in court).... well, it kinda seems like a good idea!

I used to be on Ortho-Tri Cyclin when I was younger to regulate my cycles (from PCOS) and to help with ovarian cysts. I liked it alot but noticed some side effects (nausea, hedache, moodswings) I am interested in either the NuvaRing or a low dose BCP and wanted to know if anyone had any experience with Nuva Ring, or a low dose pill???

I am skinny as a rail!!! very skinny, but tall, dont have boobs yeat really. I'm a junior doctor, working in a hospital where three weeks ago I had to have an emergency operation. During the time I was patient in the hospital, several of my colleagues found out that I'm on antidepressants for depression and anxiety, and also that I have a problem with self harm. Obviously, this was something I was trying to keep fairly well hidden.

Anyway, I've been off for the past 3 weeks recovering, but I'm due to start back tomorrow and I'm REALLY anxious about going back now that people know about my problems. I'm scared they'll treat me differently, that they'll think badly about me. I'm just really anxious about going back, I can't settle at all, I know I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight.

What can I do to reduce my anxiety about going back? I really need some help here.........my only outlet at the minute is self harm and I'm trying really hard not to do that.

I'm 5'1 maybe 5'2 I weigh 145. I'm a little on the chubby side. I'm trying very hard to lose weight. I've been eating only fruits and veggies and exercising at least 3 times a day. I've heard one of the best exercises is walking, because you're using all your muscles. Anyway, today I was walking my dog, and this Mexican was talking to his friend and looked at me and said something about perro(dog) and gordo(fat). I'm not very fluent in Spanish, but I know enough to know he was talking about me. Saying "look at the fat girl walking the dog"Why are people so cruel? I was just minding my own business. I didn't say no Mexican jokes. I don't believe in racism or judging others. I know I shouldn't even care, but my feelings are still hurt. I mean, at least I'm trying to lose weight. U know?
