I think you need to apply some type of topical cream that contains lidocaine. I use bikini zone for my...bikini zone and it really works. I tihnk it could work with whatever area you're having probelsm with. Find a product with the same key ingredient. The only drawback is you have to apply 4 times a day- but it's worth it and it clears un razor irritation fast and also prevents other irritations from occuring.

If you're wet-shaving, it depends where you get it. I suffered a bit of a nasty injury on the right side of my neck when I was young, although you'd never know it now. You'd never know, except when I shave when I have the same problem! I have found that it is massively reduced when I shave that area the wrong way, upwards. Admittedly this means that the right side of my neck is never smooth, but at least it's not red!

I have had a few problems with my facial hair from time to time
I grow a beard once in a while
that really seems to help
