in my stomach and ive tried to dig the pellet out but i cant find and it hurts so bad, it wont stop bleeding, ive put salt in the hole but it hasnt done anything

Sometimes, right before falling asleep, I hear a loud ringing or static and I feel as if I am being pulled out of my body, I am not fully asleep, and I resist and try hard to stay in my body, but it is as if I am paralyzed. The resistance is so hard, but I finally regain control, then I feel wiped out. My heart is racing and I am scared to fall asleep after this happens. It doesnt happen all the time, every few months or so. What is going on? I know it is not a dream because I am not fully asleep when it happens, usually right before I doze off? I do not use any drugs, and when it occurs I ave not been drinking, nor am I overtired. Is something wrong with me. Serious answers only please, as this is not a joke.

well today i ate a bowl of cheerios in half for breakfast
i had lettuce a cup with 2 servings of cheddar cheese reduced fat and a snapple during this after noon and for dinner a bowl in half o cheerios again with on hand ful is that too much or is this okay for today i'm up at college cereal is all i had a hands to eat which i normally eat only salads for both lunch and dinner but had no more left over salad

I fear I am becoming a misanthrope, a hater of men! There is so much evidence all over the world and in my own personally life that tries to convince me to write MEN all off as sadists. Does any one else feel this way? I know it is unhealthy, and I am under the influence of gross generalization, but the preponderance of evidence against men is too much to ignore...
Any sound advice you can give me to square this away in my mind would be HIGHLY appreciated.

Has anyone tried and trust STEVIA sweetner? I went and found a box and the name sounded like something I'd encountered online before. It was an old car but the hurt won't go away. I feel so violated. They took it from right in front of my door. I try to forget it but I had so many little things in there that keeps reminding me. Like: all the dog food that I did not feel like caring in at the time I bought it and an umbrella I had since 1995, some molding for my porch, and lots of other little reminders. I just want the pain to stop.
