Nope, but don't worry it's just natural selection in action.

Some vitamins such as Vitamin C are water soluble, so any excess are simply excreted in the urine. However, some are not water soluble and say in your body. Remember that taking too many vitamins will actually be worse than taking none at all. I think the government should crack down on companies producing tablets with too high levels of vitamins in, as some people are bound to simply take the tablets without thinking about the consequences.

RDA means "recommended daily allowance". These sound very high. Most of the this will be excreted through the urine. I wouldn't bother with this brand. I am sure you are paying more and are wasting your money and the vitamins. Buy a nationally known brand or store brand vitamin. It will save you money and is just as good or better.

Too much Vitamin A can cause blindness from a condition called Retinosa pigmentosa. This damage is irreversible. You could also get liver damage and you could go orange. That's just from the vitamin A alone. These are dangerous tablets. Don't take them.

Those do not sound safe! Too much vitA is bad for eyes and liver. Too much vitB is bad for your nerves. Too much iron will set your gut on edge! Try Boots complete A-Z or something straightforward like that (unless you're pregnant or on prescription medication, when you need advice from your doctor first).

NOOOOOO! Vitamin A is a fat soluble drug, that it means stays in your fat cells until you need it. 500% is 5 times as much as you need for the day and the rest gets stored in your body. To much will be toxic to your body.

No they aren't safe. Vitamins are a waste of money, really they are. Nothing in that quantity is good for you and can damage your renal system (liver and kidneys) very easily.
Take them back.

Nope.
You really don't need vitamins unless you are sick or have a problem eating. Usually something upto 100% is enough.
