You seem to be overly concerned about your weight. I think women need to gain weight and appreciate curves. My ex was 5 '3 and she was 125 lbs. She was the perfect size and had nice curves. You are beautiful already.

If you don't give a car fuel, it stops running.
If you don't give a car oil, the moving parts in the engine will create friction and eventually fail
If you don't maintain a car properly, it won't last.

Food is fuel for the body. Stop trying to skimp. Eat three balanced meals or 4-5 smaller meals throughout the day.

Visualize your dinner plate divided in half. In the bottom half are fruits and vegetables (the more color variety, the more vitamins and minerals you'll take in).

The top half of your plate, divide two more sections. One section (one quarter of your plate) is grains and breads. The other section is protein: meat, fish, cheese, cottage cheese, poultry.

Now you have a balanced plate

If you don't fuel your body, it starts to break down the muscle tissue and organs, leading to some rather serious problems.

Where do you get your protein? I agree with the first answerer. You should eat a balanced diet. You are definitely not over-eating if that was your concern.

Sounds good to me, you have almost the four food groups. Drink lots of water too.

that doesn't sound like very good eating habits. you need a little of all the food groups in moderation.

what, you think you ate too much or it's bad for you. What's bad for you is your choice of food or lack of.
