Has anyone tried and trust STEVIA sweetner? I went and found a box and the name sounded like something I'd encountered online before. I bought it and I havent opened it yet - I want to get some feedback or opinions on this product. The box says that it's high in fiber content (from inulin) which is good too right?

I sell this product. Get some cereal and put some Stevia on it. Do not take the packet and eat it straight from the packet or you will have a horrible taste in your mouth. Stevia only works well with food and water and drinks. Write me when you have any questions. Stevia comes in liquid and solid form. Great product! The green packet does not contain sugar. Make sure you know which one has a small amount of sugar and no sugar. Please read the instructions! Its a dietary supplement and not a sweetener.

Stevia is a natural sweetner usually found in health-food stores. It is VERY sweet and you will only need it in Tiny amounts.

I have not tried it but I talked to the health-food clerk about it once.

I have not personally tried it, but several people in my Weight Watchers group use it and absolutely love it. Apparently you need very little of it.....much less than Equal or things like that....and it's also supposedly of natural origin (so theoretically, probably healthier than "artificial" sweeteners.) I have not really researched it, though, so I can't personally endorse it.

Hope this helps at least a little :)

I have never heard of it.

I wouldn't increase your fiber intake unless you really need it.
