I am hopeful that someone has a good natural remedy. I do not want to take any Advil, Asprin, Tylenol or anything like that.

i dont understand why. they always feel this way no matter what.
anyone maybe know why.


no i dont work out really.
and no i havnt been in any accients.
and no i dont have a cold.
they just hurt and always do .
but ive noticed whenever im hungary like really hungary my ribs get verrry sore.
more than usual. its very odd

I have this type of recurring nightmare. I want to find someone who might know, even if it's guessing, what they mean.
It's not always the same exact events, but it's the same feelings.
It's getting to the point where i don't even want to sleep anymore. I don't want to have another one.
I don't usually get nightmares because I'm a lucid dreamer. So, this is becoming some wht of a problem to me.
I want to talk to someone. All the sites I've tried to research just give the same information on what nightmares are and who they effect. I'm really hoping someone out there can help, or knows someone who could.
Please help me! If you think you can, even if it's just maybe, e-mail me and I'll explain more in detail. I would be thrilled if someone tries to help, even if you can't.

I have been very sleepy during the day...I can practically fall asleep anywhere, I think I can even sleep all day if I could. But at night Im bright awake, with energy to do anything. I feel like I can get so much done at night...I dont know whats wrong....Help!!
