Are you having enough to eat at your meal time?
As soon as I've had my dinner (leave it till as late as you can), I clean my teeth.
I won't eat again after that, too lazy to do the whole clean, floss and rinse regime again!
Works for me.

Alright dear, you've got to put this habit a stop. Eat your meals at regular times and hours. For instance, have your last meal which is your dinner approximately at 7pm. Stop having anything after that, not even to think about supper. Latest dietetic news says that the healthiest way for pre-night nap digestion is 4 hours, and fill in your stomach only 70% during dinner. Go to sleep early my dear, say at 10pm. Sleep at least 8 hours a day and do not drink right before sleeping, it's bad because it causes urine retention and it's not good for both of your kidneys and bladder. Also, it may cause puffiness of your eyes the next morning. Try this regime, do not eat anything after dinner and sleep early (at least 3-4 hours apart after dinner). Make this a habit and you'll see its result. Hope this helps.

Eat more at meal times. Then if you still need food, try eating a little less each night until you are able to sleep without eating at night.

After ive had my dinner i brush my teeth its supposed to signal to your brain that eating has finished. If that dosent work try something healthy like air popped pop corn no butter or salt, or a piece of fruit

If you're hypoglycemic or diabetic, it is okay to have a small snack. Otherwise, it is not at all healthy and will make you have digestive discomforts, difficulty sleeping, and will probably make you gain some weight.

What I do is think of a girl I wish I could be like, think of food as being poison, and the feeling of hunger is really being full. I know it sounds twisted but it works for me.

you must not skip your dinner
eat less in dinner reletavily to your breakfast or lunch and try ice cream or milk shake after dinner, this will help you a lot
but you should not avoid taking dinner it will harm your health
