squats. and don't even use weights - just go reallllllly slowly

For a kid, I'm guessing you would be 9-12 years old. I suggest to buy a pilates tape and stay loyal to it for three times a week for at least three months, also a lot of water fulshes out fatty acids, and almost any other toxin which help to tone yourself. And if this doesn't fit your lifestlye maybe just watching your calorie intake,making sure you burn more than you eat. I'm trying to help you because you do sound generally frustrated about this, but really if your just a kid. My real advice is not to give a crap and have fun.

Change your diet (cut back on the carbs) and start walking 3 times a week for 30 mintues per session.

jsut exersize and eat right, it won't come as fast as it does for adult's. pluss you have to get taller too. Just wait.
