Since I now stick to a healthy eating lifestyle, I don't eat ANY junk/processed foods, rice, beard, and pasta... I enjoy having a good taste in my mouth and chew flavored sugar-free gum to satisfy myself. I sometimes even chew one whole pack of gum in less than one hour a day! Is this really bad? What would happen? Should I cut down? What are other good alternatives to having a good taste in my mouth without gaining weight?
