you will loose weight everywhere when running. trust me i lost 20 pounds by running everyday and my stomach got a lot smaller. also do pilates and really work your abs you will not belive how goo that works also eat smaller portions of healthier foods.
another trick of mine is to suck it in all the time then you feel so hungry and wont be able to eat as much. alos drink lots of liquids to fill you up. hot drinks make you feel full while cold drinks help you burn cals. dont drink soda cuz it makes you bloated.

Hehe you WONT lose any weight in the stomach by using a treadmill. Using a treadmill will help fat burning in the legs and thighs and thats it. If u want a flatter stomach start doing stomach crunches and the treadmill together to maximise the weight loss.

A treadmill will help you to be in better cardiovascular shape and should strenghten your legs, but it may not do much for your abdomen. Sit ups could help, but the layer of fat will still be there. Eating a high protein diet could help(it forces your body to burn fat), but it can be hard on the kidneys and liver(consult with a doctor) Any real solution will be a combination of diet and exercise,

What ever (My responce to probably the most different solutions)...I use my treadmill daily. Yes it has helped me unfastened weight in all places my frame. If you minimize your energy and stroll for greater than 20 mins at a time you begin operating for your FAT retail outlets. that is what I do Daily on my Treadmill Walk for eight mins at two miles in keeping with hour for a convenient hot up and my dog Lily walks with me at the treadmill for that lengthy. The Minute she hops off I kick it up. So I move as much as three.five miles in keeping with hour and broaden the incline to four. I stroll at that velocity and that incline for three mins or a million track. Then whilst Please Don't Stop the track comes on that's whilst I opt for 6-eight mph at two incline and I run via that complete track. Then for the duration of the following track to hold the strain on I flip the MPH all the way down to three and the incline as much as MAX stage 12 (For my desktop) and I hike like a Bad A$$. Then I transfer among the ones 2 extreems for six songs for 35 mins complete. (Running and Hiking) Then I calm down strolling at three MPH for one minute then two.nine etc till I get my velocity down to two.two MPH. When I get off my Treadmill I streach out doing all kinds of Yoga Poses. Downward Dog, Sun Saluation, Tree etc. To deliver my complete frame a well streach and Breathing always. Then I Drink LOTS of water. Trust me it's going to tone you up and your legs will tighten and for those who preserve your center muscle groups within the complete time you're strolling you're going to paintings for your belly too. Just do not forget your posture and center hold it lively and you're going to see outcome.
