Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

hi trixie,

though i may be only 14 years old, i have a flat stomach and i know how to maintain it, and i weigh 94 pounds. the secret is to exercise daily, eat a healthy diet, get good bedrest, and lots of other important factors.

everyday, u dont have to jog or do a huge workout. it can just be taking a walk, playing with some kids or pets, going up and down the stairs, or playing the video game DDR - Dance Dance Revolution. u can get this video game at ur local electonics store.

watch what u eat every day also. u dont want to be consumming 35 pounds of lactose, fat, and carbohydrates in a short time. make sure the milk u drink is fat free, eat white meat or fish, which is a good substitute, and limit on the sugars and oils like ones that are fried potato chips. if u drink a lot of water or natural juice instead of soft drinks, that can reduce the size of your belly too. i suggest that if u taste anything "too good," u might want to watch that.keep ur food belanced every meal. and dont eat too much.

getting enough sleep might help as well, because it digests the food easily intead of having it stuck in ur stomach. be sure to use the bathroom often.

crunches are the best way!!!! i do them and my stomach is really getting into shape. i started with 20 and everyday add on 5 more.

do sit ups daily 20-30 at times... try to increase the number...
Drink more water... sit on the floor with crossed legs and try to avoid sitting on chair (if possibble)..
avoid potatoes, foods that high in fats.. seafoods, mutton.. etc...

eat healthy food and have a diet but not so much and i guess 20 or more situps a day would help

uhh lot's of muthafuckin curl ups and less beer and less nasty *** chinnese food cuz that **** is 69% Fat and 16%Cholesterol and like the rest Cat
