i exercise 15 mins. a day[that's all the time i have!!!but i'd like to exercise more!!!it makes you feel better and healthier!!!good luck!!

My exercise comes with the job - working at a garden centre, shovelling, lifting, carrying, raking, bending; sadly I am finishing work this Friday after 6 years - summer is here and I couldn't bear another year of the heat and the flies. I am dreading adding those unwanted kgs, so I will be walking the neighbourhood with my friend and neighbour. Good luck with your exercises.

At 25 I feel you're ancient adequate to you whether or not its proper or no longer ! i am not a married woman, but i do tell you that if my wife were to keep herself healthy and looking great you would be able to, its shows that you still love yourself by pampering yourself and knowing the importance of being healthy,
there is a lot of practicality that when someone get married they turn to slobs and no not upkeep themself with the latest trend and lifestyle (its obvious because they have other things more important, like newborn baby, in-laws etc..etc..)
alot of factor do come by when you want to start exercising
1) Time
2) new role (as a wife)
3) Husband (surely he would agree seeing you in that new one size smaller lingerie) LOL
4) you would feel better and much more energentic
remember to consult your doctor before starting any diet and exercise regime. but do keep it up to make yourself more HAPPY! cheers

I exercise twice a week at the gym and I power walk every other evening.I don't really exercise to loose weight,I exercise to keep fit,as alot of people in my family have had heart attacks in their 30's,and I don't intend to be one of them.

I exercise 3-4 times per week for 40 minutes each time. I do both cardio and weight training. HTH : )
