I mean, can somebody get herpes, skin diseases, etc by using the same washing machines that other people use if those people have one of these diseases? It's a public place so who knows what people is washing there!

I doubt it,even if anything remained after washing once u have hung ur clothes to dry no germs can survive,even better if u use a dryer the hot air will kill anything.I doubt any germs can survive those conditions.

i would think the soap and water would keep things like that down but i suppose its possible.

yea, hot water and soap and bleach. they do wonders in killing germs and bacteria. so i kinda doubt it
